AI Applied Researcher

About the role

Work at the intersection of LLMs and social media automation. You'll drive prompt engineering research, model evaluation, and fine-tuning strategies that power our AI content generation and auto-reply capabilities.

What you'll do

• Design and run experiments on prompt engineering for content generation tasks
• Fine-tune and evaluate large language models (Gemini, GPT-4, Mistral)
• Build evaluation pipelines to measure output quality at scale
• Collaborate with product engineers to ship AI features
• Stay ahead of the latest research in generative AI

What we're looking for

• MSc or PhD in ML, NLP, Computer Science, or equivalent
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with LLMs in production
• Proficiency in Python and ML tooling (PyTorch, Hugging Face)
• Strong analytical skills and experimental mindset

Nice to have

• Published research or notable open-source contributions
• Experience with multi-modal models (vision + text)
• Knowledge of social media content dynamics
