Do automations count toward the flyer quota?

Automations consume AI credits at each run according to the workflow selected: 0.5 credits per generated visual in Standard mode and 1 credits in Premium mode. Before activation, Gliiz shows the estimated monthly credit usage. If credits run out, the automation is paused until credits are recharged.

How do AI credits work?

AI credits are consumed by production-ready generation workflows. Gliiz Image flyers cost 2 credits per Standard variant or 3 credits per Premium variant. Standard 4K: Starter pays +0.5 credit per variant, Pro and above include it. Premium 4K always adds +0.5 credit per variant, on every plan.

What's the difference between Basic and Full AI Inbox?

Basic AI Inbox (Starter) includes 50 manual AI suggestions per month. Full AI Inbox adds automatic replies: Pro includes 200 replies/month, Agency includes 500 replies/month, and Enterprise volume is negotiated.

Each generation produces 3 designs (Bold, Elegant, Minimal). You can compare them side by side and pick which one to publish. It's not automated A/B testing: it's a human decision informed by 3 AI options.

What is the watermark?

On the free tier, all generated flyers carry a small 'gliiz.com' watermark in the bottom right. From the Starter plan onward, no watermark is added.

Can I change plans at any time?

Yes, fully self-serve both ways. Upgrades apply as soon as payment is confirmed. Downgrades are paid for right away too, but only take effect once your current plan's paid period ends, you keep everything you already paid for, nothing is cut short.

Monthly plans are paid period by period. Annual plans are billed in full for the year; cancellation or renewal questions are handled by support.

Email campaigns use the monthly quota included in your plan. SMS campaigns are 100% pay-as-you-go: you purchase SMS bundles from the campaign wizard, then each validated SMS segment consumes one SMS credit. Social network campaigns remain free and unlimited.

How do Google/Meta Ads campaigns work, and do they use my AI credits?

Never, ad spend NEVER uses AI credits. On your own connected Google/Meta account, the platform bills you directly, exactly as if you'd set it up yourself. On a Gliiz-managed account (when you haven't connected your own), Gliiz sends you a payment link for the exact ad budget; the campaign is created once you pay. Each plan includes a number of active campaigns at no extra cost: Starter 1, Pro 3, Agency 10. Only exceeding that count, running one more ACTIVE campaign than your plan includes, costs 3 AI credits, once, to unlock the extra slot. That credit charge is for the slot, never for the ad budget itself.

What is a Turbo flow?

A flow is one Telegram identity connected to a project, with its own independent VIBE conversation and memory. The cap applies per project, not as a shared account-wide total: Free and Starter include 1 flow per project, Pro up to 2, Agency up to 5, Enterprise unlimited. A team seat automatically bundles one flow as a purchase convenience, but seats and flows are tracked separately: buying more seats does not by itself raise your per-project flow cap. Extra flows on a given project can be purchased individually from the Marketplace.
